Deed/Conveyance records documents are ones that transcribe a property transfer; a legal document signed and sealed and delivered to effect a transfer of property and to show the legal right to possess it; a signed and usually sealed legal instrument in writing used to grant a right.

Conveyance Record - John Atlas to TR Thrall Bill of Sale on January 7, 1879 Book R, Page 121, East Carroll Parish, LA Clerk of Court One bay horse named Wagner, one-two horse wagon, sold for $100.
Conveyance Record - King Atlas, Jr. to Alice Moore Transaction on December 30, 1878, Recorded on December 14, 1882 Book Q, Page 453, East Carroll Parish, LA Clerk of Court Manual gift as per court case 1339, the following moveable effects: one bay sorrel mare named Allace, one sorrel flay mane mare named Mary, 1 bank or ? horse named Scott.
Conveyance Record - King Atlas, Jr. to Senator Joseph Ransdell Deed on December 30, 1899 Book U, Page 497, East Carroll Parish, LA Clerk of Court Sold lot 5, of section 51, in township 21, north range 12 east, connecting 80 acres more or less and being the same property purchased by him from said Joseph E. Ransdell in December 1891 for $1800; he had paid four notes of $312.50 with 8% interest.
